App solutions · built to order
The app your customers open, built on your records.
A portal for the people you serve, a tool for the people who serve them. Sign-in, roles and the data model come from the workspace, so the app writes the same rows your team reads.
What we build
Apps that are part of the business, not beside it.
Customer portals
Applications, documents, signatures, statements, status. A customer sees their file; your team sees the same file in the workspace.
Operations apps
Dispatch, field work, inventory, collections. Built for the phone in the hand that does the job, with the record updating behind it.
Storefronts and marketplaces
Catalogue, cart, checkout, orders, returns and the supplier behind them, on the same platform that runs a live store today.
Sign-in and roles
Email code, password or Google. Roles and permissions per project, enforced on the data path, not just the screen.
On the edge
Served from Cloudflare's network with Postgres behind it: fast from anywhere, no servers of yours to keep.
Integrated
Stripe, Plaid, Gmail, Microsoft 365, Twilio, WhatsApp, DocuSeal, Resend and whatever you already pay for.
How we work
One brief. One data model. Every surface.
The workspace is the system of record; the app is a face on it. That is why an app we build ships with sign-in, permissions, an audit trail and an admin console on day one, and why a change to a field reaches every screen at once.
- Web first, installable on the phone, native when it earns it
- Your domain, your brand, your analytics
- A staging copy you can try before it is live
- Ongoing: the platform ships every week under your app
The brief
Who opens it, what they do there, what must never happen. We write it back with screens and the model.
The build
Screens, flows, integrations, on the workspace's data, reviewed with you as it grows.
Live
On your domain, with the team trained and the customer invited.
Questions
Before we talk.
Do I need the CRM first?
Not necessarily. Every app runs on a workspace, and a workspace can be as small as the tables the app needs. Most teams grow into the rest.
Who owns the code and the data?
You own the data, always, and can export it. The app runs on our platform; the custom parts are yours to take, by arrangement.
How is it priced?
By the build and by the run. A quote after the brief, a monthly fee for the platform, and no per-seat charges.
Tell us who opens it. We will draw it back.
A short brief is enough to start. We reply with screens, a model and a quote.
